There are six reports, covering course progress, teacher usage, licenses, rosters and users. **For:** school (site) admins and district admins ### Run a report 1. In the [admin portal](https://app.orilearning.com/admin), click 'Reports' in the left menu. School admins click their school's name in the left menu, then 'Reports'. 2. Choose a report in 'Report:'. 3. Set the filters. 4. Click 'Generate Report' to see the table. 5. Click 'Export to Excel' to download it. Each report has its own filters. For example, 'High-Level Course Progress' filters by 'Site', 'Assigning Teacher' and 'Date Range', and 'Users' by 'Site', 'Type' and 'Active Only'. For 'Detailed Course Progress', choose a 'Site' and a 'Class', and check the 'Course': 'Generate Report' stays greyed out until you pick a class. ### Which report to use The reports are 'High-Level Course Progress', 'Detailed Course Progress', 'Licensing', 'Rostering', 'Teacher Usage: Number of Sessions' and 'Users'. 'Licensing' is for district admins only. - 'High-Level Course Progress' shows, for each teacher and course, how many assignments are 'Not Started', 'In Progress', 'Completed' or 'Aborted', over the date range you choose. - 'Detailed Course Progress' shows each lesson and assessment in a course with how many students are 'In Progress' or 'Completed', plus the 'Average Score' and 'Average Progress'. - The 'Licensing' report lists each license with its 'Product', 'Start' and 'Expiry' dates, 'Quantity' and 'Used'. - The 'Rostering' report lists which students are connected to which teachers through classes, by school. - 'Teacher Usage: Number of Sessions' shows how many sessions each teacher ran per week or month, and the 'Percentage of Weeks Active'. - The 'Users' report lists every teacher and student with their username, email, grade, type and whether they're active. For one student's progress, use the teacher portal or ask their teacher.
