If Ori won't load for a whole class, or students can't reach Ori on the school network, it's usually the district network. **For:** district IT teams ### Allow Ori's websites 1. Allow `*.orilearning.com`. 2. Allow `productiononedercourses.blob.core.windows.net`, Ori's course content storage. 3. Allow websockets on ports 80 and 443 through your routers, firewalls and proxies. ### Allow lesson videos If a lesson video plays at home but not at school, the school network may be blocking it. Allow the sites it comes from, such as YouTube, Khan Academy and TED. ### Allow Ori Learning email Allow Ori Learning email (orilearning.com) into student and teacher mailboxes. Ori Learning email carries student invitations, new-teacher welcome emails, first sign-in codes and password-reset emails. If invitation emails aren't arriving, check that the allowlist covers orilearning.com, including support@orilearning.com. We can't see whether an email reached your district. If your district's email filter blocks Ori Learning email, students won't get anything we send, including sign-in codes. Only your district IT team can change that. If codes still don't arrive after you change the allowlist, try again later. ### Check browsers and devices Use a current version of Chrome, Edge, Safari or Firefox, with JavaScript, cookies and websockets turned on.
