How fast lessons load depends on your device and internet connection. **For:** teachers, and the district IT team who looks after the device ### Try another device on the same network If it works on another device on the same network, check the first device's browser, operating system and extensions. ### Try a phone hotspot If it works on a phone hotspot but not the school network, ask your district IT team to allow Ori Learning's websites. What to allow is in [Allowlist Ori's websites and email senders](https://support.orilearning.com/knowledge/allowlist-ori?hsLang=en). ### If a session keeps disconnecting A session that keeps dropping and reconnecting every few seconds points to the network. ### What to tell your IT team Tell your IT team: - which devices and browsers fail and which work - whether it only fails on the school network - the lesson and class - what happens - whether it's one student or the whole class ### If IT says the network and device are fine If your IT team says the network and device are fine, or the lesson stopped working for everyone at once, send us a request with a screenshot, the lesson name and what IT checked. ### Still need help?
