[Grades & results](https://support.orilearning.com/knowledge/teachers?hsLang=en#grades-results) # Print or export a student progress report Download one student's progress in a course as a PDF from their progress page, or your class's progress in a course as a spreadsheet from the course's 'Progress' tab. **For:** teachers ### Download a PDF of one student's progress in a course 1. Click 'Students' and click the student. 2. Under 'Assigned Courses', click the course title. (Or click the student's cell in the course's 'Progress' tab.) 3. Click 'Report' at the top right. The 'Course Progress Report' PDF downloads. 'Report' is on the student's progress page for a course, not on the student's 'Dashboard'. The PDF shows the course's final grade and each unit's lessons with their status and grade. Each PDF covers one course. ### Download your class's progress in a course as a spreadsheet 1. Click 'Courses', click the course and open 'Progress'. 2. Tick the students, or 'Select all students'. 3. Click 'Export to Excel'. A file named '*Progress*.xlsx' downloads. Unfinished work has no score to export, so complete any in-progress sessions first. ### Results from an earlier school year To find results from an earlier school year, [send us a request](https://support.orilearning.com/open-a-support-ticket?hsLang=en) with the class, course and school year. ### Reports in the admin portal School and district admins run their reports in the admin portal: see [Admin reports: which to use and how to run them](https://support.orilearning.com/knowledge/admin-reports?hsLang=en). ### Still need help?
