For an extension, a license that's expiring or a course that isn't showing after a purchase, send us a request. **For:** district admins and buyers in districts that already use Ori ### Renew or add licenses If your district already uses Ori, use the ['Request a Quote' form](https://orilearning.com/request-a-quote/) on orilearning.com and answer 'Yes' to 'Are you a current Ori Learning customer?'. That sends your request to the team that looks after your district. Please don't use the demo request form, which is for new districts. In the form, say what you need: a renewal, or more schools, curriculum or seats. A quote request doesn't renew or extend your licenses or restore access by itself. That happens after the quote is signed and the purchase goes through. ### Extensions, expiring licenses and missing courses If a license shows 'Expires Soon' or 'Expired', or its dates look wrong, send us a request about renewing or extending it. If your district has sent a purchase order and courses still aren't showing, or you want a legacy course added back, send us a request. Anyone can send us a request for more licenses, an extension, or licenses freed up. We don't share license counts, dates or renewal status in reply. District admins can see them under 'Licenses' in the admin portal. What each status means: [See which students have licenses, and what expired or locked licenses mean](https://support.orilearning.com/knowledge/see-license-status?hsLang=en). ### What to include - your name, district and school - what you need: a renewal, an extension, more seats, or a course added - which curriculum it's for Your 'Order Confirmation Code' is on your subscription in the admin portal: open 'Licenses', then the subscription, and look under 'Order Information'. Include it, or your purchase order number, when you ask about a missing course.
