[Sign in & your account](https://support.orilearning.com/knowledge/teachers?hsLang=en#sign-in-your-account) # Update your name, email or password To see the name, username and email on your account, click your initials at the top right and choose 'My Account'. **For:** teachers · **Not available when:** your district manages your account through Clever, ClassLink, Google or Microsoft ### Update your name or email To update your name or email, click your initials in the top right, choose 'My Account', click 'Edit profile', make your changes and click 'Save'. To change your password, use 'Change Password...'; you'll need your current password. 1. Click your initials at the top right. 2. Choose 'My Account'. 3. Click 'Edit profile' and change 'First Name', 'Last Name', 'Email' or 'Username'. 4. Click 'Save'. ### Change your password To change your password while signed in, open 'My Account'. You'll need your current password. 1. Click your initials at the top right and choose 'My Account'. 2. Under Security, click 'Change Password...'. 3. Enter 'Current password', 'New password' and 'Confirm password'. 4. Click 'Change'. If you sign in with a 'Sign In with …' button or a dashboard tile, the password you use belongs to that Google, Microsoft, Clever or ClassLink account. If it isn't working, ask your district IT team. ### If you don't know your current password The steps to reset a forgotten password are in [Sign in as a teacher](https://support.orilearning.com/knowledge/sign-in-as-a-teacher?hsLang=en). ### If your district manages your account If your district manages your account through Clever, ClassLink, Google or Microsoft, 'My Account' shows **Your account is managed by your organization and cannot be edited.** Ask your school or district admin to change your details.
